2. Listings and Auctions:

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their listings on Gone Gavel. Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Gone Gavel reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these Terms, our policies, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

Gone Gavel has no control over who shares listings and is not accountable for any consequences arising from the sharing of listings.

3. Bidding and Purchasing:

By placing a bid on Gone Gavel, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction.

Winning bidders are obligated to complete the transaction within the specified timeframe and to pay the agreed-upon purchase price.

4. Payment and Fees:

Sellers may be subject to transaction fees for completed sales on Gone Gavel. Sellers are responsible for reviewing and understanding our fee structure.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their purchases.

5. Dispute Resolution:

Gone Gavel is not responsible for any disputes between users, including but not limited to disputes arising from transactions conducted on the Platform.

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute arises, users should communicate directly with the other party involved in the transaction to seek resolution.

6. Content and Conduct:

Users agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

Users must adhere to our community guidelines and refrain from engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct on the Platform.

7. Privacy and Third-party Services:

Gone Gavel values your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Gone Gavel utilizes third-party services such as Google, social media platforms, payment gateways, and others, and that your interactions with these third-party services are subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Gone Gavel is not liable for any transactions conducted on the Platform or for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using the Platform.

Users acknowledge and accept personal accountability for their actions on Gone Gavel.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
